There is another version short story about 3 man plant trees. 1st man digs pit, 2nd man handles tree, 3rd man buries pit. It is a process. One-day, 2nd man absents, 1st man still digs pits, 3rd man still buries pits. People asked what are you doing digs and buries pits one by one? They said: we are following process plant trees. This is the process, we are doing exactly we suppose to do on job description. Is this funny? No, it isn’t at all. This is very sad story, it is real problem existing in many rule based business.
